By purchasing, enrolling in, or accessing any Velvet Flow program, product, or service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.
About Velvet Flow
Velvet Flow is a Feminine Qi Gong and sensual movement practice community founded by KC Baker, based in Sedona, Arizona. We offer wellness-focused programs and services including the Velvet Flow Practice Community (recurring monthly membership with weekly live virtual practices and on-demand video library), special event series, workshops, retreats, and digital products such as guided practices, e-books, and sensual meditations.
Refund Policy
If after the first week of any Velvet Flow program or membership you decide it is not the right fit for you, email support@velvetflow.co and we will refund your money, no questions asked. The first-week refund window begins on the date of your purchase (or the date access is granted, whichever is later) and ends 7 calendar days after that date. Beyond the first week, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued.
Digital products (guided practices, e-books, sensual meditations, and downloadable content): All sales of digital products are final once accessed or downloaded, as these are immediately delivered digital goods.
To request a refund, email support@velvetflow.co with your full name, the program or product purchased, and your date of purchase. We will respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
Cancellation of Recurring Memberships
You may cancel your Velvet Flow Practice Community membership at any time by emailing support@velvetflow.co with at least 30 days' notice before your next billing date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period following the 30-day notice window. No refunds or credits will be issued for partial billing periods. The one-week refund window applies to the initial enrollment period only; subsequent billing cycles are governed by this cancellation policy.
Auto-Renewal Disclosure: The Velvet Flow Practice Community membership automatically renews each month at the current rate until you cancel. You will be charged on the same date each month. To cancel, email support@velvetflow.co with at least 30 days' notice before your next billing date. If the membership rate changes, you will be notified in advance of your next billing date.
Payment Terms
All prices are in U.S. dollars (USD). Payment is due at the time of enrollment. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other methods displayed at checkout. Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor.
If you have a concern about a charge, please contact support@velvetflow.co before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your bank. We are committed to resolving issues quickly and fairly. If a chargeback is filed, we reserve the right to suspend your access and pursue all available remedies to recover the amount owed.
Delivery of Services
Upon enrollment in the Velvet Flow Practice Community, you will receive access to the on-demand video library immediately and access to the next scheduled weekly live practice session. Live practices are held weekly via Zoom. Schedules are communicated via email and within the membership platform. Recordings of live sessions may be made available on-demand within the membership.
Health and Wellness Disclaimer
IMPORTANT: Velvet Flow programs involve physical movement, breathwork, and somatic practices including Feminine Qi Gong, Tao Yin Yoga, and sensual movement. These programs are for educational and wellness purposes only and are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
You should consult your physician or other qualified health provider before beginning any new exercise or wellness program, particularly if you are pregnant, nursing, have a medical condition, or have any concerns about your ability to participate safely.
By participating, you assume full responsibility for your physical wellbeing during and after any Velvet Flow practice. You acknowledge that KC Baker and Velvet Flow are not licensed medical professionals, therapists, or healthcare providers. Any references to hormonal balance, nervous system regulation, stress relief, or other health-related outcomes describe potential wellness benefits and are not medical claims.
You agree to listen to your body, modify or stop any movement that causes discomfort, and seek medical attention if needed. KC Baker and Velvet Flow shall not be held liable for any injury, illness, or adverse effect that may occur as a result of participating in any practice.
Intellectual Property
All Velvet Flow content, practices, sequences, materials, videos, guided meditations, e-books, and proprietary frameworks are the exclusive property of KC Baker and/or Velvet Flow. You receive a limited, non-transferable license for personal use only. You may not copy, share, resell, screen-record, or redistribute any materials without written consent.
Account Access
Your login is for your personal use only. Do not share your credentials or access with others. We reserve the right to suspend access if these Terms are violated, without refund.
Community Conduct
By joining any Velvet Flow community space (Zoom practices, online platforms, in-person events), you agree to treat others with respect, maintain confidentiality of what is shared in group settings, and create a safe space for all participants. We reserve the right to remove participants who violate these agreements, without refund.
Recording Consent
Live practices and sessions may be recorded for on-demand access within the membership. By participating, you consent to being recorded. If you do not wish to appear in promotional materials, email support@velvetflow.co.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KC Baker and Velvet Flow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your participation in any Velvet Flow program or practice. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific program giving rise to the claim.
Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. You agree to contact support@velvetflow.co to attempt informal resolution before initiating any formal proceedings. Unresolved disputes shall be settled by binding arbitration in Yavapai County, Arizona. All proceedings are on an individual basis only; class actions are waived.
General
We reserve the right to modify program content, schedules, delivery methods, and pricing at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify enrolled members of material changes. These Terms may be updated; the current version will always be available on our website. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
Privacy
Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at www.velvetflow.co/privacy-policy.
